Taste and See

Join us for three Wednesday evenings this October at Lindfield Coffee Works to discover the best coffee in Lindfield and the best news ever, through stories, interviews and live music.

Taste and See

3rd October  -  Is there more to life than this?
We're delighted to welcome Simon Allaby from 'Turn the Page', a gifted story teller who weaves together stories from film, history and his own life as he helps us to consider what life is all about.

10th October  -  What hope is there in the face of death?
This evening we'll be hearing from Jeremy Marshall, formerly the CEO of the UK's oldest private bank, and currently facing terminal illness. We'll be exploring what difference faith makes when you're at the top of your business and when you're facing death.

17th October  -  Is faith just a crutch for the weak?
We'll be hearing two 'home grown' stories from Andrew and Hannah, seeing the difference that their faith has made in their life and how they've found a place in the life of All Saints church.

Each week the doors will open at 7.45pm, the coffee shop will be serving drinks whilst we're entertained by our live house band. The presented content will begin just after 8pm and conclude around 9pm, with a short interval in the middle. Doors close at 9.30pm, so there'll be time to stay around and chat. There's no charge to attend, but some of the drinks will be charged at the normal prices for LCW.
