The care of children and vulnerable adults at All Saints Lindfield
Safeguarding is a prority here. We are committed to following government and Church of England guidelines on safegaurding children and vulnerable adults and to good working practice, including safer recruitment of volunteers and paid workers.
If you have any general safeguarding queries please contact our Parish Safeguarding Coordinator, Jeremy Taylor on 01444 455260 or e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org.
If your enquiry is regarding the processing of DBS checks, please contact Stephen Norris on 01444 482405 during our office hours of 9am -1pm Monday to Thursday.
A key part of our Safeguarding practice is the appointment of a designated "listener", a person to contact should anyone have any concerns regarding the safety or welfare of a child or vulnerbale adult. We are pleased to confirm that Sarah Long has agreed to be our designated "listener". A dedicated phone number and email address have been set up:
telephone: 07724 628664
Please note that the role of listener does not include general safeguarding queries. These enquiries should instead be directed to our Parish Safeguarding Coordinator, Jeremy Taylor.
