What is Cornerstone?

Each service at all saints has a particular feel - and Cornerstone is our contemporary and informal service, deliberately geared towards the younger generation and those who are perhaps new to the idea of church,
though by no means excluding others.

It all starts off at 6pm with coffee, cake, and a warm welcome - it’s a great opportunity to get to know people.

The service begins to start at 6.30pm, so people are encouraged to take their refreshments and their seats!

A Cornerstone service is built around God's word in the Bible and all that it means for us today. The talks are clear and engaging, with any videos, testimonies and music chosen to help communicate the theme for that evening and encourage our faith in Jesus.
During some series, the congregation are also encouraged to 'Text a Question' to the speaker, who will then answer them after the talk, and all are encouraged to make suggestions and get involved using facebook, twitter and generally getting stuck in!

Music is a vital part of Cornerstone and we are led by a variety of bands - all made up of different ages, styles and backgrounds which reflects the diversity in the church

Afterwards, the refreshments continue as people carry on chatting, praying, sharing, and thinking about living for Jesus in the week ahead.

Do come along.
See what you think.
